Yes, for 30 days. Leanroll deletes through Photos, so removed items go to Photos' Recently Deleted album.
Leanroll needs full access to your library. If you chose "Limited Access", it only sees the photos you picked.
The first scan reads every photo once. With iCloud Photos and "Optimize Storage" turned on, previews may need to download first. Large libraries can take a while; keep your device on power and Wi-Fi and the scan continues in the background. Later scans only look at new photos.
No. Leanroll works with Apple's Photos library on iPhone, iPad and Mac, including photos stored in iCloud Photos.
Sync carries your decisions and notes, not the photos themselves. The photos sync through iCloud Photos as usual.
In Screenshot Notes, choose Export. Leanroll writes a folder of Markdown files with their images, which opens in Obsidian and similar apps.
